HTS HQ is a eutectic mixture of alkali metal nitrites and nitrates with a low melting point and high purity.

Its formulation ensures corrosion-free operation and optimal heat exchange, making it suitable for heat transfer systems, rubber vulcanization, and high-temperature quenching of metals.

Application

HTS HQ is designed for heat transfer in high-temperature, low-pressure systems and for rubber vulcanization in closed systems.

It is also an excellent high-temperature quenching fluid for high-alloy materials or bainitic quenching (Austempering).

Ideal for applications requiring temperatures above 160°C.
