2. The stages of our history
At the beginning of the 50s
Thurckon begins to formulate and produce, on its own, degreasers and detergents for industry. It is in this period that the company changes its name to 'THURCKON INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS'.
Here come the 60s
and the production of degreasers is flanked by that of the first water-based hardening refrigerants.
Thurckon enters the heat treatment industry as one of the first manufacturers of AQUA QUENCH.
In the 70s
the company is engaged in the study and production of the first PAC anti-cementing protective, still solvent-based. At the same time, he started the study of ecological water-based protectives, not harmful to operators.
In the early 80s
Thurckon is the first European company to offer the market a washable, ecological and water-based anti-cementing protective PAC 113, flanked by the ecological anti-nitriding protector NIT-OFF, always water-based.
In the 90s
The company specializes in the field of heat treatment protectors.
Since 2000,
with the new corporate structure, Thurckon focuses on the development of new products, in particular PAC ST2 for the protection of steels from deep cementation (over 5 mm) and begins to study and produce dedicated products, a sort of engineering of chemical products.
Since 2010
Thurckon is responsible for the development of products for the eyewear, watches, PVD sectors.
